What is your minimum order quantity?
For DTC and startup orders, MOQ starts at 300 pieces per style per color. For established brands ordering at volume, MOQ starts at 5,000 pieces with tiered pricing. We'd rather grow with you than lock you into quantities that don't make sense yet.
How long does sampling and production take?
Samples are typically ready in 7-14 business days once your tech pack is confirmed. Bulk production runs 45-60 days depending on garment complexity and fabric lead time. We give you a locked timeline before any deposit is made--not an estimate that shifts later.
How do you keep sizing consistent across production runs?
We store digital pattern files for every approved style and use them unchanged for repeat orders. AQL 2.5 inline checks catch deviations during production; a 100% final measurement inspection confirms every garment before packing. We're OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, so fabric quality is controlled from the start.
Can you source custom or eco-friendly fabrics?
Yes. We work with certified mills for organic cotton, bamboo, modal, TENCEL™, and recycled polyester. We can also develop custom blends if you have a specific hand-feel or performance requirement. Fabric swatches and certifications are provided before you commit to a production order.
What if I don't have a tech pack yet?
Send us a reference garment, a sketch, or even a clear description of what you're trying to achieve. Our team can help build out the spec from there. We've helped many brands develop their first proper tech pack as part of the sampling process--at no extra charge.
