However, for our "Startup Launchpad" program, we allow mixing up to 2 similar styles (e.g., two basic t-shirt designs). What if I need custom fabric but only want 300 PCS?
Custom knitting and dyeing typically require 1,000+ PCS minimum due to machinery setup and material waste considerations. However, we've got you covered!
Our standard fabric library includes 50+ premium options covering various weights, textures, and compositions (cotton, modal, bamboo blends, performance fabrics). These in-stock materials work perfectly for small batches and are immediately available. Most brands find their ideal fabric match without needing custom development for initial orders.
Do you charge extra for small orders?
No markup on unit price for small orders. We believe in fair pricing that scales with volume, not arbitrary penalties for startups.
The only difference: you save on setup fees by choosing standard fabrics. Custom fabric development incurs one-time setup costs ($200-500) regardless of order size, which is why we recommend our in-stock options for initial runs. Once you scale beyond 1,000 PCS, custom fabric becomes cost-effective and we'll guide you through that transition.
How does size mixing work exactly?
You have complete flexibility to distribute your MOQ across available sizes. For example, a 300 PCS order could be:
- 30 XS + 90 S + 120 M + 50 L + 10 XL
- Or 100 S + 150 M + 50 L (if you skip XS/XL)
