Our factory focuses on garment sewing, packing and shipment. Fabrics and trims come from long-term suppliers, with requirements reviewed against your product brief.

Do you only make men’s underwear?
Men’s underwear is our core focus. We also manufacture women’s underwear, T-shirts, tank tops, thermal sleepwear and other knitted apparel. Share the category, construction and material requirements so we can review the fit with your project.
Which route should I choose if my brief is incomplete?
Use the first-collection route if the product still needs its specifications defined, or the development route if you have a reference and want to make changes. Share what you know and mark undecided details. We can then identify the information needed for the next review.
Do repeat orders have the same MOQ, price and lead time?
Repeat orders need reconfirmation against the current material availability, quantities, color and size allocation, specifications and production schedule. An earlier order does not automatically establish the terms for a new run.
How should I share certification or testing requirements?
Include the requested scheme or test, the material or product it relates to, and any buyer documentation requirements. Confirm the document holder, scope, validity and applicability for the proposed order. Sourcing certified fabric does not by itself establish that BSTAR’s factory or the finished garment is certified.
