What if the sample doesn't fit?
We offer one free revision based on your feedback. If the fit issue is due to our error in pattern making or construction, we will remake the sample immediately at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Can I use my own fabric?
Yes! Send us your fabric swatch or yardage, and we'll incorporate it into your sample. Please note that if you need us to source similar fabric, this may add 2-3 days to the timeline. We recommend sending fabric samples in advance to stay within the 7-day window.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We have daily pickups from DHL and FedEx. Samples typically arrive in the US or EU within 3-5 days after production is complete. Express shipping options are available for urgent needs. All shipments include full tracking and insurance.
What if I don't have a tech pack?
No problem! We offer a Tech Pack Creation Service. Simply share your sketches, inspiration photos, or detailed descriptions, and our design team will create a professional, factory-ready tech pack for you. This service can be added to any prototyping package.
How accurate is the 7-day timeline?
Our 7-day timeline applies to Standard packages using stock fabrics. Premium packages with custom fabric sourcing may require an additional 3-5 days. We'll provide a precise timeline during your initial consultation and keep you updated throughout the process.
